Remand Public Hearing for Bylaw Notice of Intent as ordered by Hon. Judge Kevin Smith through a final judgment entered in the matter of G. Mello Disposal Corp. v. Georgetown Conservation Commission Docket No. 2277CV00180. Per the Judgment, the Commission shall issue an Order of Conditions under the Bylaw following a public hearing process and may impose reasonable conditions consistent with the Commission’s local Bylaw and Regulations.

Pursuant to M.G.L., c. 40A, §11, c. 40A, §11, the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw (Zoning Bylaw), and the Rowley Planning Board Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Rowley Planning Board shall hold public hearing on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 7:00pm in Rowley Annex meeting room located at 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA pertaining to a Special Permit application for a freestanding illuminated sign 306 Newburyport Turnpike also identified as Map 18, Lot 1-1 (40.9 ac).
