LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION 2
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 8:15 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Daniel Terry for proposed aquaculture project (shellfish) possibly within the Great Marsh ACEC, Mud Creek, land under waterways, and land containing shellfish at land off 100 Patmos Rd (Map 35, Parcel 4), land off Mud Creek (Map 35, Parcel 2) and at land off 190 Patmos Road (Map 35, Parcel 5 Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
