LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION 3
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 8:30 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Rowley LJD LLC for proposed expansion of an existing driveway entrance possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and to Isolated Vegetated Wetlands at 62 Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel 10, Lot 5) in Rowley, MA.
