Pursuant to M.G.L., c. 40A, §11, c. 40A, §11, the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw (Zoning Bylaw), and the Rowley Planning Board Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Rowley Planning Board shall hold public hearing on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 7:00pm in Rowley Annex meeting room located at 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA pertaining to a Special Permit application for a freestanding illuminated sign 306 Newburyport Turnpike also identified as Map 18, Lot 1-1 (40.9 ac). The application is being submitted by Sunshine Sign Co. Inc. of 121 Westboro Rd, Grafton, MA on behalf the property owner, Peabody Essex Museum, Inc. East India Square, Salem, MA, pursuant to Sections 8.6 (Outdoor Illuminated Signs), and 7.8 (Special Permits) of the Zoning Bylaw.
The applications, plans, and relevant documents are on file with the Rowley Planning Board, and are available for public inspection at the Rowley Planning Board Office, Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA during public office hours.
