LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Jaime Warren for proposed replacement of 24’ round above ground pool, recessing it approximately 3’ with installation of approximately 30’ round block retaining wall and replacement of existing retaining walls on west side of house with remaining disturbed areas to be seeded possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 7 Boxford Road (Map 5, Parcel 86) in Rowley, MA.
