NEWBURYPORT – The YWCA is thrilled to announce the upcoming Engaging Communities Luncheon on Wednesday, May 6th. This year’s theme is “No Wrong Doors: A Continuum of Care” and features panelists Suzanne Dubus (CEO, Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center) Kerri Perry (President & CEO, Community Action, Inc.) and Megan Gray (COO & CNO, Anna Jaques Hospital). State Representative Adrianne Ramos will be the event’s emcee.
Kate Slater, Ph.D., CEO of YWCA Greater Newburyport, states “For sixteen years, the Engaging Communities Luncheon has provided meaningful space for connection and collective action. This year’s theme, No Wrong Doors: A Continuum of Care, speaks directly to the power of partnership in supporting individuals and families across every stage of need. By bringing together a powerhouse panel of strong women leaders from healthcare, crisis response, community service, and government, we hope to highlight what is possible when systems work together to ensure that everyone has access to compassionate, coordinated care.”
A hot lunch and cash bar will be available for guests. Tickets may be purchased online at: www.ywcanewburyport.org
