BOXFORD − The Masconomet Regional Scholarship Foundation proudly announced the distribution of 110 scholarships totaling $228,000 to graduating seniors of Masconomet Regional High School at its recent annual awards ceremony.
The scholarships, awarded during a heartfelt celebration of academic achievement and community spirit, will support Masco graduates in their pursuit of higher education at colleges, universities, and vocational institutions across the country. Funded by generous contributions from local families, businesses, civic organizations, and alumni, the awards reflect a longstanding tradition of community investment in the future of its youth.
“We are incredibly proud to support these bright and deserving students as they embark on the next chapter of their educational journey,” said Tim Hagan, Treasurer of the Masconomet Regional Scholarship Foundation. “The generosity of our donors and the strength of this community make these scholarships possible each year.”
Founded in 1994, the Masconomet Regional Scholarship Foundation has awarded over $3.8M dollars in scholarships to Masco graduates, honoring both academic excellence and financial need over the last twenty years.
This year’s recipients will attend a wide range of institutions, from small liberal arts colleges to major research universities, with fields of study spanning business, engineering, health sciences, education, the arts, and more.
