LEGAL NOTIFICATION – GEORGETOWN CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetland Protection Act (Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 131,Section 40 and the Georgetown Wetlands Protection Bylaw: The Applicant, Ryan Lerch has filed a Notice of Intent with the Georgetown Conservation Commission for the proposed 16’x23.2’ Addition on an Existing Foundation at 200 West Main St., Georgetown, MA 01833.
A Public Hearing will be held virtually at 7pm on December 21st, 2023 at which time all persons and organizations having interest may be heard. Copies of the application may be examined at the Conservation Commission office, 1 Library Street, Georgetown, MA 01833.
