LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to G.L., c. 40A, §9 and §11, the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw (ZBL), and the Rowley Planning Board Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Rowley Planning Board will hold a public hearing at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 starting at 7:10 pm in the Rowley Town Hall 2nd Floor located at 139 Main Street, Rowley, MA. The Planning Board will review an application submitted by DMR Realty (on behalf of Market Basket) to amend the Special Permit/Site Plan Review approval (originally granted on October 18, 1989) for to modify the configuration of the site’s handicapped parking and pedestrian crossings, new parking area lighting, and to install a new sidewalk along the entrance driveway from Route 1/NBPT. The subject property consisting of 22.38 acres is located at 225 Newburyport Turnpike and also identified as Map 16, Lot 9, and located in the Retail (RE) zoning district.
The applications, plans, and relevant documents are on file with the Rowley Planning Board, and are available for public inspection at the Rowley Planning Board Office, Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, during public office hours.
