ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Debbie Stansfield, Trustee Debbie L. Stansfield Revocable Trust for proposed soil testing and installation to upgrade current septic system possibly within Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, 100′ Buffer Zone of BVW, Vernal Pool, and 100′ Vernal Pool Habitat at 45 W Ox Pasture Lane (Map 23, Parcel 40) in Rowley, MA.
