ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 8:15 pm, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Keri Hamilton, Trustee Thirty-Four Central Street Nominee Trust for proposed construction of two (2) new residential units with associated drainage, stormwater management infrastructure, grading and utilities and restoration of the 100′ Buffer Zone and Inner Riparian Zone at 34 Central Street (Map 25, Parcel 9) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 71,438 sqft. (1.64 acres).
