ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 8:30 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Robert Nixon Falcon Ridge Associates LLC for proposed construction of a single family home (portion), subsurface infiltrator, clearing, grading and associated utilities possibly with 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 35 Bob Merry Lane (Map 12, Parcel 3 Lot 14) in Rowley, MA.
