AGRICULTURAL FIELDS AVAILABLE FOR LICENSE

 

You are hereby notified that a Public Discussion will be held via Zoom videoconference on Thursday April 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or such other time when posted to discuss

Agricultural Fields Available for License

Three fields will be offered by the Conservation Commission to one or more persons interested in preserving the agricultural use of the fields through active farming or related activities. The fields are:

1)  Haynes Field, located at Main Street and Middleton Road in Boxford, Tax Map 32, Block 3, Lot 26,
encompassing approximately 5.22 acres

2)  Cargill Fields, located at Main Street and Middleton Road in Boxford, Tax Map 32, Block 2, Lots 6 and
26, encompassing approximately 14.5 acres

3)  Anvil Farm Field, located at Main Street in Boxford, consisting of portions of Tax Map 5, Block 1,
Lot 11and 11A, encompassing approximately 9 acres and shown as the “Leased Premises” on a plan
prepared by The Neve-Morin Group, Inc. and dated August 29, 2006

The standard form of the license is available for inspection at the Boxford Conservation Office during normal hours or by email. Interested persons should submit a brief proposal by email to the Boxford Conservation Office before 2:00 p.m. April 9, 2026 and attend the discussion at the meeting via Zoom. The Zoom connection information will be posted on the Town of Boxford website prior to the meeting. You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by Zoom videoconference on April 9, 2026 at 7:00 or such other time when posted to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability applicant Derek & Lucette Robinson for the property located at: 25 Hillside Road, Boxford:  Map 20, Block 12, Lot 2, to replace existing asphalt driveway within same footprint and profile.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE                                               

Notice is given that the Planning Board shall hold a Public Hearing in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A, Section 11, and the provisions of Article XIII – Special Permits and Site Plan Review, as further provided in §165-83 of the Town of Georgetown Zoning Bylaws and Ch. 57 Erosion and Stormwater Control. The Public Hearing will be for both a Stormwater Permit and Site Plan Approval for redevelopment to an educational horse farm with new buildings at 240 Andover Street, Town Assessor’s Map 5-5 in Zoning District RC.

This public hearing shall be held remotely on Wednesday, 8 APRIL 2026 at 7:10 P.M., in accordance with the Executive Order waiving certain provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A, sec. 20 during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was extended to JUNE 30, 2027 by action of the General Court and signed by Gov.
