TOWN OF BOXFORD PLANNING BOARD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Boxford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider changes to the Boxford Zoning Code (Section 196 of the Town Bylaw) and the associated Zoning Map to create an MBTA Communities Multifamily Overlay District (MCMOD) that would allow as-of-right multifamily housing in accordance with Section 3A of the Zoning Act (codified at MGL Chapter 40A). The proposed MCMOD is on a portion of the property known as “The Willows at Boxford,” Assessor’s Map 6, Block 2, Lot 2.2. BOXFORD CONSERVATION COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by Zoom videoconference on November 6, 2025 at 7:00 or such other time when posted to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability applicant Thomas & Janet Silva for the property located at: 306 Ipswich Road, Boxford:  Map 19, Block 1, Lot 9, to install a water treatment backwash drywell and to abandon an existing greywater drywell within 100-feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

This is a joint meeting under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131, Sect. 40,  as amended, and Boxford’s Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations.
