G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 8:00 pm to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation application filed by Ted Speros of Rowley Farms Development, LLC for proposed delineation of regulated wetland resource areas at 43/53 Daniels Rd (Map 8, Lots 50-51), 18, 36, 47, 48, 55, 56 and land off Silva Ln (Map 8, Lots 61, 61-A, 62, 62-B, 62-B3, 62-C, 62-D, 62-E, 531 Haverhill St (Map 8, Lot 62-A-2), land off Smiths Ln (Map 13, Lot 3),and at land off Daniels Road (Map 13, Parcel /Lot 4) in Rowley, MA.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held by Zoom videoconference on February 6, 2025 at 7:00 PM or such other time when posted to consider the Request for Determination of Applicability by applicant Melissa DiTucci and Austin O’Connell for the property located at 5 King John Drive, Boxford:  Map 20, Block 7, Lot 7 to remove and replace an existing bulkhead and stairs at the rear of the house within 100-feet of Bordering Vegetated Wetland.

The Zoom videoconference information will be posted on the Town website in advance of the meeting. This is a joint meeting under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131, Sect. 40, as amended, and Boxford’s Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations. PLANNING BOARD AND TREE WARDEN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REMOVAL OF PUBLIC SHADE TREE & SCENIC ROADS ACT
The Boxford Planning Board and the Tree Warden will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 87, Sections 3 & 4 (Removal of Public Shade Trees) & Chapter 40, Section 15C (Scenic Roads Act) to consider the removal of two oaks trees within the public Right of Way of Silvermine Road located in front of the property at 36 Silvermine Road (Assessor’s Map 6-1-12.1). The trees are posted with a notice as required.
Said hearing will be held via Zoom teleconference on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 7:30 PM. The Zoom information will be available on the Town of Boxford webpage calendar several days prior to the hearing, or can be requested from rpovenmire@town.boxford.ma.us.
