Notice is hereby given in connection with M.G.L. Ch. 131, section 40, and the Town of Georgetown Wetlands Bylaw section 161-5, that a Public hearing will be held at 7:00PM on Thursday, September 17, 2026 to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Lull Street Property Management, LLC for the property at 1 Lull Street, Georgetown, to construct an Open Space Residential development including 15 homes on approximately 5.7 acres of a 23.5 acre site and where the site features and infrastructure to support the development are located within the buffer zone to the wetland resource area. Said hearing to be held virtually where the zoom link is available on the agenda on the Town website.
