PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – GEORGETOWN PLANNING BOARD – 1
In accordance with the provisions of §165-83 – Site Plan Approval – of the Town of Georgetown Zoning Ordinance, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing in regard to a Site Plan application calling for the removal of the existing dwelling located at 188 E. Main St., Georgetown, and shown on the Town’s Assessor Map 10 as Lot 09, and construction of a new 1-story 8,054 square foot daycare facility; other proposed improvements include: new landscaping, exterior lighting and stormwater control/infiltration infrastructure. The applicant/owner: Trembley Properties, LLC, 13 East Meadow Lane, Middleton, MA 01949. Said public hearing shall be held on 27 September 2023, starting at 7:00 P.M., and be conducted by the Georgetown Planning Board virtually in accordance with Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, which was extended on March 29, 2023 to March 31, 2025 by action of the General Court and enactment by Governor Healey.
