ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 7:40 PM to consider proposed changes the Regulations of the Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw in order to comply with the Clean Water Act, the NPDES MS4 permit by EPA in Rowley, MA. The proposed Draft Regulations will be available from the Conservation office upon request and posted to the Town’s website on the Stormwater Management page.
