LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, remote public hearings will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 7:45, 7:55, 8:05, 8:15, and 8:25 pm to consider five Notice of Intent applications filed by Theodore Speros of Danielsville LLC for proposed construction of five single-family dwelling, driveway, stormwater facilities, utilities, and associated grading within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at Subdivision Lots 1 to 5 on Betsy Lane (Map 9, Parcel 38, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5) in Rowley, MA.
