ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Ted Almquist for proposed installation of a septic system possibly with the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 200′ Buffer Zone to Riverfront Area at 30 Wethersfield Street (Map 25, Parcel 11, Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
