ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL 131, Sec 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 7:45 PM to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Theodore Speros for Rowley Farms Development LLC for proposed temporary passage of rubber tired backhoe along historic cart paths and public trails possibly within 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and By-law 100′ Buffer Zone to Isolated Vegetated Wetlands and Vernal Pool Habitat at Smiths Ln (Map 13, Parcel 3), 467 Haverhill St (Map 13, Parcel 14) and 55 Silva Ln (Map 8, Parcel 62, Lot E) to access vacant land for soil testing not within jurisdictional areas in Rowley, MA.
