LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 9:30 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Thomas Marsh, Trustee 255 Newbury Road Nominee Trust for proposed demolition of existing structure and construction of a single-family dwelling, driveway, subsurface septic system, associated grading, retaining walls, and utilities possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and intermittent stream at 255 Newbury Road (Map 1, Parcel 26) in Rowley, MA.
