ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 8:45 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Redline Properties, LLC for proposed construction of a building with grading, stormwater management devices and tree clearing at 431 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 23, Parcel 35) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 258,790 sq ft.
