ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 7:45 PM, to consider an Amendment to Stormwater Management Permit SMP #58-2023 filed by Gateway II Realty Trust of 1997 for proposed expansion of parking area and conversion of landscaped area for additional parking at 58-66 Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel 10, Lot 5-8) and 51 Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel 10, Lot 8) in Rowley, MA. Additional site disturbance is approximately 17,000 sq. ft.
