ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Sheriff Abuzahra Spring-R Trust for proposed soil testing for possible leaching facility and stormwater management possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Area Zone II at 0, 982 and 992 Haverhill Street (Map 4, Parcel 19, Lot 1 and Parcel 20, Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
