LEGAL NOTICE
ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 8:30 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Daniel Terry for proposed construction of a permanent 50′ boardwalk with seasonal 30′ gangway, 2 5’x10′ floats and 1 10’x20′ float for small vessel and aquaculture access to Mud Creek possibly within Salt Marsh, 100′ Buffer Zone to Salt Marsh, Great Marsh ACEC, Bank, and 200′ Riverfront Area at 190 Patmos Road (Map 35, Parcel 5, Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
