ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 9:15 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Gateway II Realty Trust of 1997 for proposed construction of two new commercial buildings, paved parking area, stormwater drainage facilities, associated grading, and utilities at land off Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel 17) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 280,000 sq. ft.
