ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 8:15 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Ambassador Pools for proposed installation of an above ground swimming pool and associated deck possibly within Natural Heritage Estimated Habitat for Endangered Species at 9 Harts Way (Map 5, Parcel 41 Lot 10) in Rowley, MA.
