ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Rowley Water Department for proposed installation of a 8,000 gal frac tank, water treatment trailer, and construction of a sedimentation basin possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Areas Zone I and Zone II at 435 Haverhill Street (Map 13, Parcel 8) in Rowley, MA.
