ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 9:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by John Coughlin Gateway II Realty Trust of 1997 for proposed construction of portions of a parking area, grading and stormwater facilities associated with two new commercial buildings possibly within 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at land off Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel/Lot 17) in Rowley, MA.
