ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Kenneth and Jean Tanch for proposed soil evaluations and installation of a replacement sewage disposal system possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and to an intermittent stream at 252 Wethersfield Street (Map 23, Parcel 19, Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
