ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 8:00 pm at the Town Hall Annex in Room 5 at 39 Central Street to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Mike Esposito for proposed construction of a 44’ x 18’ inground pool with associated patio possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 2 Taylor Lane (Map 12, Parcel 3 Lot 1) in Rowley, MA.
