In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 8:45 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Gateway II Realty Trust of 1997 for proposed construction of a 36,000 square foot two-story commercial building with parking area, associated utilities, grading, and a ROW change at 58-66 Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel 10, Lot 5-8) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 70,000 sq. ft.
