In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 8:30 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Mark Savory The Savory Residential Realty for proposed soil testing possibly within 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and 100’ Buffer Zone to the Great Marsh ACEC at 614 Main Street (Map 31, Parcel 18) in Rowley, MA.
