In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 8:05 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Eric Nash of NPH Real Estate LLC for proposed soil evaluations and installation of replacement sewage disposal system within the DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Area Zone II at 888 Haverhill Street (Map 4, Parcel 4) in Rowley, MA.
