ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 8:15 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Peter Georgoulakos for proposed construction of a single-family dwelling 3,456 sq. ft., detached barn 2,400 sq. ft., pool, driveway access, associated grading, drainage facilities, and utilities at 185 Leslie Road (Map 6, Parcel/Lot 3) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 169,741 sq. ft.
