ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 8:15 PM to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Carl and Veronica Buczala for proposed construction of a 26’ x 30’ garage and 6’ x 8’ deck possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and the 200’ Riverfront Area at 13 Dodge Road (Map 5, Parcel 109, Lot 3) in Rowley, MA.
