ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 8:15 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Rowley Water Department for proposed water supply test well and monitoring well drilling possibly within 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, 100′ Vernal Pool Habitat Area, and the 200′ Riverfront Area of Bachelder Brook at 467 Haverhill Street (Map 13, Parcel 14) in Rowley, MA.
