In accordance with the Town of Rowley Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw, as amended, a remote Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 8:00 PM, to consider a Stormwater Management Permit application filed by Simboli Properties Manchester 42 LLC for proposed construction of a pad site with stormwater management facilities at 124 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 14, Parcel 29) in Rowley, MA. Total site disturbance is approximately 37,831 square feet (0.86 acres).
