In accordance with the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote Public Hearing will be held on October 29, 2024 at 7:45 PM, to consider a Bylaw Notice of Intent filed and owned by Simboli Properties Manchester 42 LLC for clearing, regrading and after the fact construction of a pad site (12,562 sq. ft.) in the DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Area Zone II at 124 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 14, Parcel 29) in Rowley, MA.
