ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 8:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex in Room 5 at 39 Central Street to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Brian Sheedy McDonald’s USA, LLC for proposed improvements to the existing building and parking lot including an addition of a drive-thru lane, possibly located within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and DEP Approved Groundwater Protection Area Zone II at 155 Newburyport Turnpike (Map 14, Parcel 14) in Rowley, MA.
