In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Philip R. Light for proposed soil evaluations and installation of replacement sewage disposal system with Invasive plant species suppression and control possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 200’ Riverfront Area at 156 Main Street (Map 25, Parcel 30) in Rowley, MA.
