In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 8:00 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Robert Gray, Superintendent Rowley Water Department for installation of 8’ x 10’ concrete slab for a generator with additional pad for a 500# propane tank within 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 401 Central Street (Map 21, Parcel 33 Lot 2) in Rowley, MA.
