In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 7:55 PM to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Thomas Malinowski for proposed enlargement of an existing 5′ x 12′ deck to 14′ x 20′ within 100′ Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 3 Farnham Road (Map 11, Parcel / Lot 49) in Rowley, MA.
