LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION – 2
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 8:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Peter Georgoulakos for proposed construction of a driveway access, associated grading, utilities, patio, and pool for a new single-family dwelling possibly within the 100’ Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 185 Leslie Road (Map 6, Parcel/Lot 3) in Rowley, MA.
