G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 8:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by John Coughlin Gateway II Realty Trust of 1997 for proposed construction of 36,000 square foot two-story commercial building with parking area, associated utilities, grading, and ROW change possibly within 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 58 -66 Forest Ridge Drive (Map 7, Parcel 10 Lot 5-8) in Rowley, MA.
