G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 8:00 pm to consider an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation application filed by Robert Nixon Bitterroot LLC for proposed delineation of regulated wetland resource areas (state & local) at 935 Haverhill Street (Map 4, Parcel 31) in Rowley, MA.
