LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION – 2
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 8:00 pm to consider a Notice of Intent application filed by Michael Goolkasian 17 Vestry Street, LLC for proposed construction of sanitary disposal system, private well, and site work to resolve compliance issues possibly within Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Salt Marsh, ACEC, associated 100’ Buffer Zones, NHESP Priority Habitat, and Land Subject to Storm Flo at 45 Stackyard Road (Map 33, Parcel 16) in Rowley, MA.
