LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION – 1
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Leesa Lavigne, Executor for Lavigne Family Trust for proposed soil evaluations and installation of replacement sewage disposal system possibly within the 100′ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and the 200′ Riverfront Area of the Mill River at 582 Wethersfield Street (Map 11, Parcel 5) in Rowley, MA.
