LEGAL NOTICE – ROWLEY CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L. 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, a remote public meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 7:45 pm to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability application filed by Robert Gray, Superintendent Rowley Water Department for proposed testing, cleaning and redevelopment of existing Well No. 3 at 129 Boxford Road (Map 5, Parcel/Lot 76) and Wellfield No.5 at 64 Pingree Farm Road (Map 4, Parcel 12, Lot 1) within 100’ Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, DEP Approved Ground water Protection Area Zone I in Rowley, MA.
