BOXFORD CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 7A Spofford Road on September 26, 2024 at 7:00 or such other time when posted to consider the Amendment to the Order of Conditions for DEP File # 114-1338 by applicant: Barry Carnes for the property located at: 30 Arrowhead Farm Road, Map 37, block 1, Lot 3`to amend the approved plan to include modular block retaining walls in place of riprap slopes alongside the driveway, and other design changes.
This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131, Sect. 40, as amended, and Boxford’s Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations. Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 7A Spofford Road, from 9am-1pm. Mon.-Thur. For accommodations call (978) 887-6000, ext. 506.
